I will be posting instructional video aids in future for all the RONZ. This will hopefully help all to learn the proper method of attaching replacement tails. Practice makes perfect.

Hold tail between left index finger and thumb.
Hold jig head between right index finger and thumb with hook end upwards.
Insert hook point into exact center of tail as shown in [Fig. 1]
When flat on tail is pararrel with hook shank start to exit out exit hole [Fig.2]

(fig4.) Push tail onto head until slightly compressed be careful hook is very sharp.
You are now a master baiter
