Hold tail between left index finger and thumb.
Hook exit hole towards head.
Hold head between right index finger and thumb.
Hook point towards tail.
Push tail onto hook, keep tail parallel to hook shank
and centered in tail.
When flat on tail it's in-line with hook shank, stop. [Fig.2]
Check if hook is centered in tail. If not, back out
and try again. [Fig. 3]
Start your exit out with hook. Try to exit out of the hook exit hole.

Push tail onto head until slightly compressed.
[Fig. 4]
Be careful, hook is sharp! Hold head and tail firmly.
Squeeze tail slightly behind head. This will lock it in place.
You are now a master baiter!
