The 10" RONZ is a real work horse allowing you to put some real muscle on a fish. The 8/0 MUSTAD Ultra Point hook on these heads is quite sharp and extreme caution should be taking when handling this bait. The bone piercing capabilities of this hook are very impressive. You will see for yourself, I mean the fish will. When landing a fish always be aware of the fish shaking the bait. With this size RONZ you can grab the head or leader and lift the fish into the boat, it's like having a built in mini gaff, I have done it with fish up to 20Lbs. Because of the low hook set pressure needed to set the hook this large bait can still be fished with light gear. The RONZ 10" bait is very versatile and can be fished on just about any light to medium class tackle within reason. Those distance casters will find the casting weights and aero design of the RONZ the perfect lure for those beyond the eye casts. This is the bait that can handle any size striped bass that swims and has put many of school, large school, and a few small medium Blue fin tuna in the boat. The success the RONZ continues to have on tuna fish has created a need for a larger RONZ to target even bigger fish.
