6" RONZ Rigged Head & Tail The 6" RONZ is presently the smallest of the RONZ collection. Don't let the size of this little bait mislead you, it has won the battle with some mighty big fish.  I've watched anglers gleam with sheer amazement after landing a real big fish with it.  This one proves the myth about size doesn't matter.  The 3 available head weights allow this bait to be fished on the shallow flats or the deeper channels.  This size is among the favorite of the light tackle finesse fishermen.  When fish are feeding on small bait fish and seem to have lockjaw this is the medicine.  When striped bass are feeding on small sand eels they work like magic.  Many of school Blue fin Tuna have been fooled by this little bait.  Freshwater bass and walleye fishermen seem to prefer this size.  I've been told the 6" RONZ was used to win a major red fish tournament, but the angler that won is sponsored by another bait company.   I suspect fishermen down south tell a few whoppers too!  This is a great bait for catch and release fishing.  The small diameter wire on this hook penetrates cleanly and leaves very little tissue damage.  The single hook permits easy removal without causing unnecessary shock to fish.  Crimping the barb is encouraged when catching and releasing small fish.
